Let's be honest. Coming to church for the first time can be anything from awkward to just plain scary and intimidating. We want to make sure you have all the resources to make your first visit smooth, free of worry, and enjoyable. Below we will try to answer some of the most common questions about coming to church.

When you arrive you will be greeted by someone at the door. From there you can visit our welcome center and ask any other questions you may have. The entry way can be a bit confusing at first, but after a time or two it's pretty easy to get around. The lobby will be straight ahead on your left. To the left of the Welcome Center are the bathrooms and a coat rack. On the opposite side from the bathrooms is where you can grab a cup of coffee and snack. On the right hand side on your way in you'll find the sanctuary. Upon entering the sanctuary an usher will hand you some information. You can choose to sit anywhere you'd like. Once you're seated, if you'd lke to connect a bit more you can scan the QR code on the chair and tell us a little bit more about yourself. Our annoucements play via video about 10 minutes before the service. Those are also avaialbe on YouTube and social media later in the day in case you miss them.
We offer kid's ministry for ages 0-5th grade on Sunday morning. Our nursery is connected to the lobby to the right of the two big windows. We also offer a nursing moms room which is just past the sanctuary doors on the right. The live feed of the service is also available in the nursing moms room for your convenience.
Our other kids ministry gatherings are upstairs on the second floor. You can get there a few different ways, but the best way is right from the lobby. Look for the stairs to the left of the coffee. Take those stairs and follow the red line all the way to the kids area. You can also use the elevator in the brightly painted hallway off the lobby as well.
Our main kids environment is called Treasure Seekers. Our amazing volunteer team runs Treasure Seekers all service long for both services. If you are going to be here the entire morning, we also offer Kids Cove, which like a little oasis for your kids in between the services. This gives the kids a little break as they move from one gathering to the next. You can find more details by visiting our kids ministry page.
The parking lot can be accessed from both Stow Road and Arndale Road. The senior parking is closer to the Stow Road entrance. The main parking lot is on the Arndale side. There is guest parking along the first parking lot island as you come in, but you can choose any parking spot you like. The main entrance is under the white overhang on the Arndale side and is marked with big welcome banners.

We want you to come to church in whatever makes you feel comfortable. We have some who wear jeans and others who wear suitcoats. Our heart is that you will come as you are and let Jesus shape your heart and life.
There are many ways to connect at Stow Alliance. As you'll find by clicking around the website we want to see you take the best next step for you. There are four main ways to connect outside of just attending church. The first is by attending the Alpha Course. The second is by joining a group. The third is by attending a class. The fourth is serving in local and/or global missions.
